- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★My wife and I engaged Mr. Ryan Muldoon to assist us in resolving a homeowner's insurance claim, the scope of which was initially denied by the insurance company. Resolution required hiring a property restoration company for damage assessment, several meetings and correspondence with our general contractor, the insurance adjuster, the insurance company's contracted engineer and site visits. A comprehensive damage report, including photographs, was prepared and submitted. Upon review, the insurance company agreed to an additional award and Mr. Muldoon negotiated a fair settlement for us! We appreciated Ryan was an attentive listener, requested our input, explained how the action would likely progress and kept us informed throughout the process; but most of all we appreciated the thoroughness of his work, which allowed this to become a positive experience!
