- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Thank you for making my day with your incredible service and kindness. Here's why I give them 5 stars: I was short about $10 I needed to pay the DMV and knew I had change enough to not have to drive across town for cash, but did not feel right handing over that much change to the DMV workers and ruining their afternoons. I drove to 2 nearby banks: USBank and Avalia Bank who both turned me away, one didn't even welcome me into the lobby and made me communicate over an intercom. I was feeling pretty defeated. I drove to Hyvee per USBanks recommendation that there 'might' be a CoinStar machine I could use there and found TSBank had taken its place.
